All on-platform transactions utilize our Tiered Escrow Fees system. Funds are held securely in a staging state upon checkout. Sellers are eligible for payout requests only after a strict 24-hour clearing period following order fulfillment.
In the event of a conflict between buyer and seller, our moderation team will arbitrate based on photographic evidence (uploaded during the dispute) and contextual conversation history. Admin arbitration decisions are final.
Any abuse of the messaging system, attempting to bypass Escrow, harassment of other users, or listing of illegal/restricted items will result in immediate account termination and potential forfeiture of held funds.
