We collect essential data to operate the marketplace smoothly. This includes profile identifiers (name, business name, location) and transaction history. Location data is explicitly used to power our "People Nearby" discovery algorithm.
Images uploaded to our servers (avatars, product galleries, chat media, and disputes) are managed dynamically. When associated records are deleted, our backend physically removes these files via PHP garbage collection to prevent unwanted data retention.
OO1Market does not store raw credit card numbers. Financial processing is fully decoupled and routed securely through our integrated payment gateways (Stripe & Paystack) via API and webhooks.
We do not sell your personal data to advertisers. Information is only shared when absolutely necessary to fulfill an order, comply with legal obligations, or arbitrate a direct dispute on the platform.
